Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 12Stride (the “Service”), a 12-week goal execution application. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You may sign in with an email and password or through Google; either way, your account is yours alone and may not be shared or sold.
2. The service and your plan
12Stride lets you set goals, plan weekly tactics, schedule time blocks, and track execution scores over 12-week periods. New accounts start on a free trial of the Pro plan; when a paid plan is offered, its price, billing cycle, and what it includes are shown before you pay. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe; you can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
3. Your content
Everything you put into the Service — visions, goals, tactics, reviews, notes — is yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you (and to anyone you explicitly share it with, such as an accountability partner). We never sell your content or use it for advertising.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful content or activity, no attempts to breach or probe security, no scraping other users’ data, no reselling access, and no interference with the Service’s operation (including automated bulk requests). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Cancellation and deletion
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger zone. Deletion signs you out immediately and permanently erases your account and all its data after a 30-day grace window (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend the Service or your account for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 12Stride is a productivity tool: it does not guarantee any personal, health, or business outcome. The Service is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The 12 Week Year® or its authors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we will notify you (by email or in-app) before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
